Last July it finally happened! I graduated. But what happens after that? I didn’t know, and I got a little bit scared. It was time to take matter into my own hands and start making plans. So I decided to flee to the other side of the world.
I’ve had the most amazing time ever and want to share all the amazing an beautiful things I saw. Because I’ve met so many non Dutch speaking people I decided to try and write these blogs in English. So if it is written in horrible English tips are always welcome.
I want to share my pictures and stories because I am still trying to get used to the fact of being back. Besides that, I took so many pictures and honestly don’t know what to do with them so I figured sharing them on my blog would be a good idea.
During my travels I’ve learned a lot about other cultures, habits and different ways of living. I think this is one of the reasons why I have such a hard time adapting back into my old Amsterdam life. It’s weird living for two and a half month with only a (big) backpack on your back and just simply getting around with way less then I usually have. Life can be much easier then we make of it. It’s for the first time in my life that I am happy with the things I have and not want to buy new sneakers and sweaters every 5 seconds.
Nice pictures
